The Elevated Experience is a comprehensive deep dive into your business using my signature Momentum Design framework.

I examine your website, social media profiles, email platform, CRM, and onboarding systems from an experienced outside perspective.

My review identifies friction and opportunities in your tech, brand cohesion, customer journey, user experience, and administrative efficiency.

After two weeks of working together, you’ll walk away feeling reassured, confident in your business systems, and ready to move forward with clear, actionable next steps.

What's the process?

The Short Answer

  1. You complete the interest form, book your project, and complete my comprehensive Elevated Experience questionnaire
  2. We meet virtually to review your business, tech, and systems
  3. I dig into your business presence and customer experience
  4. You receive your tailored Elevated Experience report including a digital inventory, growth opportunities, and map of next steps to elevate your customer experience
  5. We meet virtually to review the Elevated Experience report and next steps

The Long Answer

The Elevated Experience is divided into three phases.

When you’re ready to elevate your business and go from “stuck” to “soaring,” it’s time for Elevated Experience. Complete the interest form and block out time (I suggest 3 hours) to complete my comprehensive Elevated Experience questionnaire.

Q: “Why do I need to fill out this questionnaire?” A: The questionnaire saves you time and helps us focus on exactly which parts of your business are causing the largest issues (and can benefit the most from my help). Before your two-week project period, I need to know about your business mission, audience, marketing, and systems. You’ll complete the Elevated Experience questionnaire that gets straight to the questions that matter, without any fluff or filler.

Q: “Ok, I’m convinced. I’m looking at my calendar to schedule time for the questionnaire. But does it really need 3 whole hours?!”

A: Yep — and that’s three hours minimum. The more detail you provide for me, the more I can focus my analysis on you. I’ve honed this comprehensive questionnaire with my 10+ years working with businesses of many sizes — and it works. Clients tell me all the time that they were surprised by the number of questions at first, but everything fits together perfectly by the end.

During the first week, we meet for a 90-minute kickoff call. During this call, we review your forms and dig deeply into your answers. I’ll want to review some of your processes and ask for more details, so I have all the information I need to fully understand your business. 

After the call, I’ll spend the next week looking at your business, current setup, processes, systems, tools, and customer experience — so I can see what’s working and areas for improvement. 

During the second week, you’ll receive a customized report with my findings. Report sections include…

  • A clear inventory of your brand assets (aka you’ll finally have everything in one place, not scattered around various social media profiles and abandoned websites!)
  • An analysis of what’s working (and not working) in your online systems
  • Growth opportunities based on your business goals
  • Ways to streamline your business processes and consolidate tools (potentially saving you $$$ by eliminating unnecessary subscriptions)
  • Next steps to elevate your customer experience 

You have time to review the report before our second meeting. During that meeting, we’ll walk through my findings, recommendations, and next steps. Those next steps may include….

  • Create or refresh onboarding systems
  • Implement new invoicing system
  • Collate brand standards in one place
  • Create or update lead magnets

    As a bonus, I believe in my approach so much that I’ve made it entirely agnostic. You’ll be able to hand this report to any web designer or business coach and practically guarantee that they’ll be extremely prepared to help you.

What's not included?

I’m a tech and systems wizard — but even I can’t do all the things, all the time. These are not included with the Elevated Experience.

  • Branding. I inventory your brand assets and provide an outside, experienced perspective on what’s working (and what’s missing the mark). I no longer provide branding services such as logos and color palettes. If your brand needs work, I can provide referrals for brand experts.

  • Advertising. I develop strategies to elevate the experience for your leads. My recommendations do not include increasing your leads, since I’m not an advertising or social media ads specialist. 

  • Implementation. Your report will include an actionable list of next steps that are service and tool agnostic. What’s that mean? It means that I believe in empowering business owners — not forcing you to use my specific services or tools. You can opt to implement next steps on your own or with my assistance.

I suggest planning to spend at least three hours minimum. The more detail you provide for me, the more I can focus my analysis on you.

The service begins at $2,500. Your first payment (half) will reserve your spot on my calendar. The second payment (half) is due on the date of our final call.

I book for 4 – 10 weeks out. I find that this gives you enough time to complete my Elevated Experience questionnaire without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. I’m here to decrease your stress — not add to it!
