Before your project begins, you will receive access to the Studio Anansi client portal and onboarding forms. Clients spend an average of four hours completing these forms. They're quite detailed — the more information you provide, the better we can design your new website.
Design
When your project slot begins, we start with a strategy call to ensure we understand your goals. We begin designing your new site, starting with the homepage. Throughout the project period, we stay in constant communication — so you always know the next steps and what to expect.
Launch
When your new website is completed, we carefully plan your launch to ensure that the new site transfers online easily. After launch, you’ll receive video training and two weeks of post-launch support.
